Organizations focusing on children’s causes, humanitarian aid, medical research, veterans organizations, international relief, should consider this file.
Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries' has been a leading Massachusetts provider of job training, career development, and youth programs that help equip individuals with the tools necessary to sharpen their skills, meet new challenges, and create more rewarding and independent lives. Goodwill has a long tradition of working with Boston-area youth, offering a number of academic, recreational and career-oriented programs and activities throughout the year for local children with great potential, but limited opportunities. Youth programs include summer camp, mentoring and an academy for girls.
Since founding in 1895, Goodwill has been dedicated to the social justice mission of serving individuals, families, and communities with the greatest needs by helping people go to work to be able to support themselves and their families. Goodwill annually serves more than 7,200 low-income, unemployed and underemployed adults in its job training and career services programs, and more than 1,000 young people in its youth services programs.
